Teachers and Chaperones   For every 12 paying students, one adult (teacher, parent, or other chaperone) may attend free of charge. Additional adults may attend, but will be charged the same rate as students.

Scholarships  Nature’s Classroom is pleased to offer a limited number of scholarships available to students in financial need. For every 15 paying students, one full scholarship is available for a student who receives free/ reduced lunch through the National School Lunch Program. Private school students receiving financial aid from the school also qualify. A letter from a school administrator is required to confirm eligibility for scholarships.

First-Time Discount   Groups attending Nature’s Classroom for the first time receive a discount of $10 per paying participant for any multi-day program or $5 per paying participant for any one-day program. This one-time discount is only available the first time a school or other group attends Nature’s Classroom.

Reservations   Contact Nature’s Classroom by phone or e-mail to check the availability of specific dates prior to submitting the Reservation Form and deposit payment.

Deposit   A deposit of $10 per person is required to complete the reservation. For groups with fewer than 40 participants, a minimum deposit of $400 is required. Deposit is non-refundable.

50% Payment   After the deposit payment, 50% of the remaining balance is due September 1st for fall groups or February 1st for spring groups.

Final Payment   Final payment of the remaining balance is due upon the group’s arrival at Nature’s Classroom.

Cancellation   Nature’s Classroom will provide a 90% refund for cancellations (10% of the participant fee is non-refundable and will be retained by Nature’s Classroom).
